I’ve had a good experience with SpeedCubeShop overall. What I like most is that they’re actually involved in the cubing community, not just selling stuff. Their videos, updates, and replies are simple but useful, and it feels like they understand what cubers are looking for.
My orders have been fine so far, though shipping was a little slow one time. Even with that, it’s still a reliable place to buy cubes and keep an eye on new releases.

The quality is good and it turns really smoothly, so I’m happy with that part. I just didn’t expect it to take as much effort as it did to get it set up and working the way I wanted.

One thing was missing from my order, so I emailed them and... they got it sent out really fast. No hassle or drama at all. Really happy with how they handled it.

I had to cancel an order, and to be honest, I was kind of expecting the whole thing to turn into a hassle because cancellations and refunds usually seem to involve a bunch of back-and-forth emails. But I emailed them, and they got back to me quickly, which already made me feel better about it. They clearly explained what was happening with the cancellation and what to expect with the refund, so I wasn’t left wondering if it was being handled or if I’d need to keep following up. The refund went back to my card without me having to chase anyone, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was simple, fair, and much smoother than I thought it would be. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I ordered from speedcubeshop and, to be fair, the actual products were totally fine. Nothing was damaged or weird, and I don’t really have complaints about the items themselves. The part that wasn’t as great was trying to get help with my order. I sent them a message because I had a question, and I expected a quicker response, especially since it was about an order I had already placed. It ended up taking longer than I thought it should, and when they finally got back to me, the reply felt short, almost like they were just trying to answer quickly without really addressing everything I asked. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and I’d still say the products were good, but the customer service side could definitely be faster and a little more helpful

I’d gotten tired of hunting around and dealing with the usual back-and-forth just to find the right cube, so it was a relief to see this one actually in stock. Ordered it, and it shipped fast without any hassle. Straightforward experience, which I really appreciated.

I got a gift card for my nephew and it show up in my email quick. He used it that same day and there wasn’t any weird issues or anything. I also had some reward points sitting on my account, and using them was really easy. It take a little off the total, which was nice. Nothing super exciting to say, it just worked how it was supposed to. I would buy from speedcubeshop again

It turns fast, which is nice, but it does catch a little sometimes. Not sure if it’s just how I’m using it or what, but overall it seems okay.

The cubes feel like they’re worth what I paid, which is really all I ask for. I’d be happy to order from here again when I need another one.

The cube felt great right out of the box. The lube was smooth, the setup felt dialed in, and it turned really nicely. i was happy with it overall and would expect that kind of quality to be recognized if there’s any compensation or follow-up involved.

They were super nice about the whole thing and fixed the problem without turning it into some huge ordeal. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the first reply was a little unclear, but after that, everything was totally fine. I’d definitely order again.

They have a good selection of cubes, and it was easy to find what I needed. Simple, useful, and worth checking out
